Custom Made Furniture

As all furniture pieces created by Productbestsecur are custom-made to your specific requirements and measurements, we operate a specialized return policy that reflects the bespoke nature of our products.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

You may cancel your order before we commence production. In this case:

• If cancelled within 7 days of order confirmation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit
• If cancelled after 7 days but before production begins, a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit will apply to cover design and administrative costs

After Production Begins

Once production has commenced, cancellation is not possible as materials have been purchased and work has begun on your bespoke piece. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider cancellation with the following conditions:

• You will be charged for all materials purchased and work completed to date
• A minimum of 50% of the total order value will be retained
• Any completed or partially completed pieces remain the property of Productbestsecur

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering furniture of the highest quality. Upon delivery and installation, you have the opportunity to inspect your furniture. If there are any defects in materials or workmanship, we will rectify them at no additional cost.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with quality or workmanship must be reported within 7 days of delivery and installation. Please contact us immediately if you notice:

• Defects in materials or construction
• Damage that occurred during delivery
• Significant deviations from the agreed specifications
• Functional problems with drawers, doors, or other moving parts

What We Will Do

Upon verification of a legitimate quality issue, we will:

• Repair the furniture at our workshop or on-site, as appropriate
• Replace defective components or materials
• In rare cases where repair is not feasible, remake the piece entirely

Exclusions

Our return and quality guarantee does not cover:

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents after delivery
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture
• Modifications made by third parties
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance

Warranty Period

All furniture comes with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

Design Approval

Before production begins, you will be provided with detailed drawings and specifications for approval. By approving these designs, you confirm that:

• The dimensions are correct for your space
• The design meets your requirements
• The materials and finishes are as desired
• You understand the natural characteristics of the chosen materials

Once approved and production has begun, changes to the design may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Delivery and Installation

We take great care in delivering and installing your furniture. You must be present during delivery and installation to:

• Inspect the furniture for any damage
• Confirm proper installation and placement
• Sign acceptance of the completed work

Any concerns must be raised before signing the delivery acceptance form.
